Vehicle purchase process

  • STEP 1 : ORDER
    Choose your vehicle and send the Ref. Number or VIN number of the vehicle.
    Fill out the consignee´s information completely to generate the Proforma Invoice.
    A proforma invoice will then be sent to you via email.
    Your vehicle will be booked and insured for 3 business days so as not to be sold to any other customer
  • STEP 2 : PAYMENT
    Download and print the proforma invoice delivered to your email.
    Proceed to your local bank to make payment via Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer).
    Send us a copy of the bank receipt either via email ( sena@senatrading.com )
  • STEP 3 : SHIPMENT
    As soon as payment is confirmed, we book space for your car on a shipping vessel.
    Once this is done, a Booking Notice E-mail will be sent to notify you.
  • STEP 4 : CONFIRM THE DOCUMENT
    After a week of the departure of the vessel, the shipping company will issue the bil of lading “B/L”. Check the Draft B/L carefully.
    Once the customer confirms the B/L and other shipping document, SENA will send original document by air express.
  • STEP 5 : CHECK THE TRACKING NUMBER
    Track your vehicle through the following links after the departure of the vessel:

  • STEP 6 : CUSTOM CLEARANCE AND PICK UP
    To import the car to your country, please consult with your local agent.

Before buying a used car, please read below carefully

Used vehicles are NOT PERFECT

Used vehicles are not perfect. It may have small scratches and dents that are minor problems, which may not be visible in photos. You should also consider that some used parts as tires may be worn and will need to be changed after 1 to 2 years of use.

All vehicles are sold with SOME LITTLE CHANGES

This means that to some vehicles are changed for example, the screen, the fog light, the rings, etc. for a better quality. SENA guarantees that its vehicles are acquired from the auction in good condition and repairs them to obtain the best quality and beauty of the vehicle. In any case, we recommend you check the information very carefully.

SENA guarantees the quality of the vehicle and the accuracy of the information. We provide assistance in the verification of basic information, we organize the shipping schedule and we regulate that all transactions are safe and easy.
However, we do not guarantee consumable parts and stolen parts in the destination ports.

If you find some defect in your vehicle, take photos and videos of the vehicle’s condition and send it immediately to SENA’s staff.
Consult it before visiting a local repair shop because it could save you time and money.
